About this game
Dawn Will Come is a survival adventure about managing a small group during an unnaturally long night. Each day is a planning round: assign every survivor to Rest, Guard, or Search, then use Do Tasks at the campfire to resolve the choices. Rest restores health, guards protect sleeping people and supplies, and searchers may return with food, medicine, or another survivor. Every useful action leaves a different weakness somewhere else.
The Move option changes location and opens new opportunities, but travelling consumes more food and may expose the group to an attack. Survivors have different strengths, so the safest plan is rarely to give everyone the same job. A badly injured specialist may need rest even when their skill would help the next search. Keep at least one capable guard when others sleep, and avoid spending the final food on movement unless the current location has been exhausted.
The game saves automatically each night. Easy mode starts the party stronger, Normal keeps the original balance, and Hard increases pressure after it is unlocked. Read combat notifications carefully: splash damage, healing, and character abilities can change who should receive the next assignment. The game includes dark themes, flashing combat scenes, low-resolution gore, and animal harm, so players sensitive to those subjects should use discretion.
A stable group is more valuable than one spectacular search. Track both current health and the role each survivor can perform tomorrow. If several people are hurt, spend a quieter day recovering instead of allowing the damage to compound. Supplies should be judged by how many safe task cycles they buy, not only by their current total. Before selecting Do Tasks, review every assignment once more; a single unguarded rest group can undo several careful days of preparation.

Quick tips
Balance Rest, Guard, and Search; leaving sleepers unguarded risks both health and supplies.
Match assignments to each survivor's strengths instead of distributing tasks evenly.
Move only when the expected supplies or survivors justify the extra food and combat risk.
